The backlighting in the F360 cluster is a common failure. Problems often start with intermittent failure until eventually the backlight does not light at all. The design has more than one weak point so the cause of failure can vary. No matter the cause we repair the backlight and it's related power supply with high quality new parts as needed.

 

Turnaround time is 5 business days plus next day return shipping to UK customers. Rest of the world shipping time is approximately 10 days

- Pack your item in a robust box with plenty of protective packing around it

- Include your contact details and eBay username inside the box

- Ship to us using a tracked service from your chosen courier

- Replace defective parts

- Test to verify correct operation

- Clean the cluster clear plastic inside and out

- Reassemble cluster, final test

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on our repair work while you own the vehicle. If you sell or otherwise transfer the vehicle the warranty period is 24 months from the date of repair. The warranty is only valid if the item we’ve repaired is stored and used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and our warranty label is present & has not been tampered with. Your eBay order is proof of purchase.

 

If your item is beyond economical repair

If in the rare event we are unable to repair your item, we will contact you to discuss options. We reserve the right to levy a diagnostic fee of £45.00GBP + return shipping + UK VAT (where applicable). We will refund the difference between this and the repair fee you have paid. We may, solely at our discretion, offer to refund the shipping costs you incurred sending your item to us. We are not liable for any other costs you may have incurred through inconvenience or removing / refitting the item from / to your vehicle.
