What Spindle Length?

Before ordering, please measure the spindle lengths of your existing window handles. (Watch our video to find out how!) Please be aware that every window can be different.
All colours (white, black, grey and chrome) are available in three different spindle lengths.
White is now also available in 40mm as standard. For other finishes in this length, please get in touch with us.

As shown in the image, please ensure the internal opening size of small windows is over 300mm.

Ordered the wrong spindle length, or changed your mind?

We are happy to accept returns of items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. You can let us know whether you would like us to refund or exchange your items. Please note, there will be extra shipping charges though so, if you are unsure, it is best to get in touch with us before ordering. Remember, we are here to help if you face any issues.

We strive to provide high quality products but, occasionally, even we might get it wrong (please forgive us, we're only human!). In this case, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs for returns and replacements.
