Sea moss can be consumed raw, 1 tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach or 1 tablespoon a day mixed in your smoothie, sauces, tea or soup.
Irish Sea Moss Gel is created with 100% wildcrafted Irish Sea Moss harvested from the Caribbean Sea. Following meticulous cleaning, it is sun dried for preservation. After being thoroughly re-cleaned and soaked with organic lemons or limes in Alkaline water with a pH of 9.5 or higher the re-hydrated moss is blended to perfection and packaged for your utilisation.
Sea Moss Gel must remain cold and typically lasts up to 4 weeks refrigerated or one year frozen. Sea Moss Gel can be added to smoothies, coffee, tea, soups and sauces for consumption and is Gluten-Free, Vegan, & Non-GMO.
