U pic Sweetness, Serenity, Arron, Colin, Angela dolls, Little Fawn ready to paint porcelain Dolls are approximately 19" tall When finished. They are Cloth body porcelain with porcelain head and hands, pic is an example of how they could look. You are getting unpainted bisque. Will come with body pattern. Will be poured upon order and fired to cone 6. Due to the nature of our craft some items take longer than others to process we do our best to get them out as soon as possible and in the order they come in, we will email you when ready to ship. We do all our own pouring, cleaning and firing. We do our best to put the detail back into our products. We have several thousand molds so if your looking for something specific, just ask we might have it!

Payment is due within 7 days.

Shipping
We do our best to ship within 7 to 14 business days after payment is received. We ship First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post. (all international orders please contact us for the best possible rate). 
Combined shipping discount will only apply if multiple items are purchased at same time. All others will be shipped separate due to ebays charges to us for shipping (IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE MORE THEN ONE ITEM PLACE THEM IN TO THE CART AND ASK SELLER FOR A TOTAL BEFORE YOU PAY).

Returns
Return/refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. If you want to return the item to us regardless any reason, please contact us through ebay for return procedure and address. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders once finial approval has been made.
 Buyer is responsible for shipping to and from there location.
