The Folk Blues Mark II is not just a reissue.
It is tuned with an emphasis on the chord feel of the bumping technique used in the blues scene, enabling bluesy playing.
The body is made of Japanese maple wood. The shape of the stainless steel cover and side holes produce a distinctive "dead" tone.
The design, which combines a petite body with a classical image, is easy to hold, and the thick plate and reed setting provide fast response and reed manipulation.
It is also ideal for playing through microphones and amplifiers.
The development of this product was made with the cooperation of "Lee Oscar," a world-class 10-hole player, and "Taro," a young Japanese 10-hole virtuoso. This blues harmonica was born as a result of trial and error.
