 These notes have not been in circulation but because of mishandling they contain some folds. These folds are mainly to the right of each note and were probably left by bank tellers counting them.

A great chance to add one of these scarce 'L' prefix numbers to your collection at a very low price.

 1971 Condition Very Fine  

(SOLD L04 121840 L91 096915), L14 018583.  These notes have been taken from circulation and the surface contains many wrinkles and folds. They also contain a few creases but none are extreme. There is some softness to the paper, the corners and edges are good & do not contain any nicks or tares. They are also free from any graffiti.

1973 Condition EF

EZ23 859414. A firm note with sharp corners and edges. There is no tears, nicks or graffiti. It contains a vertical fold in the centre, some very light counting marks on both sides & is free from any sharp creases.

(SOLD EZ25 389800). The note contains a few light handling marks especially to the right which has left a few very light folds. The paper is firm and clean with sharp edges and corners. It is free from any nicks, tears or graffiti.

1973 EF++

EZ23 859229. A very firm note with sharp corners and edges, completely free from tears, nicks or graffiti. there is a very light fold vertically in the centre also one to the bottom right corner & some light wrinkles.

1973 VF 

(Sold EZ23 859174). This note contains a vertical fold in the centre, there is also some counting marks, mainly to

the right, to the left bottom corner there is also a light crease. it is still firm with sharp edges and corners &

free from tears, nicks and any graffiti.

EZ23 407560.   The note contains a vertical fold in the centre and fine surface wrinkles. to the bottom left, there is a light crease. the paper is still firm with good corners and sharp edges which do not contain any nicks or tares. It is also free from any graffiti marks.

EZ27 317548 This note has been in taken from circulation which has resulted in the surface containing wrinkles & folds. There is some light creasing, none are breaking the print. It is free from graffiti, holes or tears. all the edges and corners are good and the paper is on the firm side.

1980 Very Fine 

. (SOLD LW04 259700) . Was taken from circulation so the complete surface contains

 wrinkles and folds. A few vertical folds are fairly heavy but not breaking the print. The paper is

  firm, the edges and corners are still sharp, it is free from tares, nicks

 or graffiti.

. (SOLD LU20 945905) .  Has been in circulation so contains surface wrinkles and folds. This one

 also contains a number of mainly vertical/angled creases, none of the creases are

 excessive where they are damaging the print. The paper is still nice and firm, the

 corners are still very sharp and it is free from nicks, tares or graffiti.

.(SOLD LW23 567510) note has also been in circulation so contains the usual surface

 wrinkles and folds. There are also some creases a vertical one in the centre is the

 heaviest which has left a mark in the print. the paper has a 'slight' soft feel to it also the

  the front has either been a dry print or has faded. 

The corners are still very good, also the edges which do not have any nicks or tears, it is

  free from pin holes & graffiti.

(Sold LW83 584979).  The surface has wrinkles and folds from being in circulation, it also contains a slightly heavier fold vertically and horizontally in the centre but is free from any heavy creasing. the paper is still firm with sharp corners and edges. the edges are free from tears of nicks. It is a nice clean note with little staining and is free from any graffiti.
