We ship all our products via Royalmail. Your item usually ships the same day if Payment is received/cleared before 4:00PM GMT Time. If Payment is received after 4:00PM GMT Time, the item will be shipped the next day. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of Purchase. When Return Reason is "Purchased by Mistake" or "Changed Mind":
- The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
- New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging.
- For items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact.
- Return Shipping is Free, you must return the item in the same condition as received.
- You must also include all packaging as been received.
- When returning an item, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number as soon as it is available
- Refund or Exchange as agreed will be processed within 2 Business Days.
