This first day cover featuring Gerald R. Ford becoming the 38th President of the United States.  It is in very good condition on Postal Commemorative Society page.

Postmarked August 9, 1974 from Washington, D.C. with a 10 cent postal stamp.  Envelope is easily removed from sheet if desired.
