1923 Sweeping photograph of the sleepy Montana town of Shelby which was transformed for a short time into the center of the sporting world as it hosted the Heavyweight Championship bout between jack Dempsey and Tommy Gibbons. A rare image of the town from high above that presents well, issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a few pinholes from editorial use being the only flaws.
