This cover commemorates the Apollo 14 Space Mission with 3 astronauts: Alan Shepard; Stuart Roosa; and Edgar Mitchell.  Alan Shepard and Edgar Mitchell made the 4th moon landing to the Fr Mauro Highlands and gathered 90 pounds of geologic specimens while Stuart Roosa remained in the command module orbiting around the Moon. The crew splashed dpwn in the Pacific Ocean on 02/09/1971 where they were recovered by the USS New Orleans ( LPH-11).  This cover was cancelled at Cape Canaveral, Fl   by Astro Covers.
