Nice top, really pretty embroidery top half done in a navy blue.  Perfect for the spring and summer ahead, pair it with a sweater or jacket and good all year.  This is a blouson style but with the side bow looks like a drawstring top.   Machine washable.  Please see measurements, and I do not stretch fabric while measuring.  A100
