You are looking at a Danbury Mint Christmas Ornament that is in the form of a ballerina.  It measures approximately 4 inches tall not including the gold string that holds it on the tree.  The gold string measures approximately 2 3/4 inches long.

This item is marked on the bottom underside Danbury Mint. 

This auction is being sold in good used condition with no breaks, cracks, or scratches on this item.  The colors are crisp and vibrant.
