This is in very good shape. There are no handwriting on any of the pages and no torn pages. It does some light wear on each corner see (Photos 4-7) On the inside at the bottome thre is a crease (see photo # 8). 

This is a very rare piece and may be only one of EBAY. If you don;t believe surf the web.
