This is in excellent condition for the age it is. There is no handwriting on the pages and no torn pages. Each corner has some light wear which is to be expected for the age of this piece (see photo's 4-7).This paticular one is very rare to have Henry Jerome's photo on the front. It looks like this may be the only one on EBAY that has Henry Jerome's photo.
