Components
YPG medium, per litre
Yeast extract (premium) 10g
Peptone 20g
Glycerol 30ml
Agar 20g
Preparation
Suspend 50.0 g of A and 30 ml of B (Glycerol) in distilled water, make up to 1000 ml.
Sterilise by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Aliquot as needed.
