LB Broth Culture Media fine powder 250g  for scientific research.

Up to make 10 Liter culture media.
 

Components

sodium chloride                10.0 g/L

tryptone (vegetable)         10.0 g/L

yeast extract                     5.0 g/L


Final pH 7.0 ± 0.1 at 25 ℃


Preparation

Suspend 25.0 g of LB Broth (or with Agar for preparing solid media) in distilled water, mix well and make up to 1000 ml.

Sterilise by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Aliquot as needed.
