have easy to follow instructions of how you can install / replace the
padding and cover the padding that the tray holds. You can purchase the
Arm Target with Tray fully assembled (see Ebay item number 364057512700) or follow instructions and put it
together yourself (takes about an hour and requires tools and
accessories that are not included with this purchase). See the How To

EPEE--
put a towel or a padded sleeve (not included) on top of the metal arm
and you can practice upper, lower, side wrist flicks, forearm touches,
biceps and other arm touches are yours the Maestro has been trying to
teach you. Why do you think your coach is so good? He/she probably
worked out for thousands of hours on this type of target.
SABRE-- sorry, this is not recommended for you.
You
can't hit a fly on the wall with your weapon if you don't practice your
point control!

Wear a mask and a jacket when you use this
target--blade may bounce back if you miss or the blade breaks.
Heavy duty spring for years of use, with thick padding
(to imitate touching the body) covered with puncture-resistant
fabric. Padding and fabric can be replaced by you when they wear out!
