Components

Yeast Synthetic Minimal Medium, per litre


Yeast Nitrogen Base w/o amino acids or (NH4)2SO4  3.4 g

Dextrose  20 g

(NH4)2SO4   10 g


Preparation

Suspend 33.4g of the medium in distilled water, make up to 1000 ml.

Sterilise in the autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
