The aid works by simply squeezing the trigger - this presses the inhaler canister down releasing a single dose of the inhaler every time the trigger is squeezed. Can be easily used with just one or both hands. Can also be used with a spacer, such as the AeroChamber (see pictures). What's included:
Compatibility: Please confrim you have the correct size inhaler by looking at the compatibility guide in the images. This inhaler aid has been designed primarily for the short inhaler types such as Seretide 120 dose and IVAX Salamol inhaler. It will not fit the tall inhaler types such as Ventolin 200 dose or Clenil Modulite (brown inhaler). More about the design: The inhaler aid has been designed with ergonomics in mind. The front body conforms to the curved surface of the inhaler to be as un-obstructive as possible and reduce slippage. The ribbed surface also helps with grip. It is manufactured using a carefully picked and tested type of PET-G plastic with great strength and durability properties using a 3D Printer. Inside the hinge is a stainless steel pin. After the parts are 3D printed, the device is assembled and finished by hand. Due to the manufacturing process some cosmetic imperfections are to be expected, however these do not impact the usability and each device is tested and quality controlled before postage. The included rubber band is not required to operate the aid, but it is nice to have to keep the inhaler aid attached to the inhaler without having to re-attach it every time you want to use it. Any rubber band will work in case the original one gets lost or damaged. Taking care of your inhaler aid: This device is not dishwasher safe! The high heat will likely deform the plastic parts.
