Q1:Can I use the 12V100Ah auto-heating connect in series/parallel with your basic battery?

Our 12V100Ah auto-heating can not connect in series/parallel with your basic battery.

Q2: When will your auto-heating battery start and stop heating up?

The auto-heating function will be auto activated when the charging temperature lower than 32°F (0°C). The heating will be stopped when the temperature has reached 50°F (10°C).

Q3: What's the recommended charge/discharge temperature?

The charging Temperature of our auto-heating battery is 32℉ to 122℉ and discharge Temperature is -4℉ to 140℉.

Q4: What should I pay attention to in series/parallel before connecting?

• The same model (capacity & voltage & BMS)

• The same brand

• Recent purchases (within 3 months)

• The Basic and Auto-Heating battery cannot be connected in series/parallel.
