This vintage scorecard is in VERY GOOD (minimal cover wear, see scan) condition.  Item is in 6" x 10" format (one 'page' of cardboard stock i.e. a front and a back) 

It took the research team here at Memoroboblia headquarters a little bit of time to figure out just what this piece is.  It turns out this is a pretty hard to find item.  It is a scorecard handed out by the (now defunct) Chicago Herald-American newspaper.  It was likely handed out to patrons as they either entered the stadium or approached Wrigley Field.
