MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY baseball hat Sports Specialties snapback cap Wolverines '90s

This is a previously-owned, adult-one-size-fits-all (OSFA), dark-blue hat with a Michigan Wolverines” embroidered on the front (Sports Specialties / Young An brand, 100% cotton). It is a baseball-styled cap with a curved peak and an old-school plastic-snapback adjuster in back (to quickly fit most wearers). Of note, there is very slight discoloration along the inner band – it may need spot-cleaned or soaked for maximum satisfaction…

The University of Michigan (commonly known as the U of M, or UM) is a school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The University’s sports teams are called the Wolverines, and they participate in the NCAA’s Division I-A and in the Big Ten Conference in most sports. In seven of the past ten years, UM finished in the top five of the NACDA Director’s Cup. The University of Michigan remains the only school in NCAA history to win at least one national championship in all four of these sports: baseball, basketball (men’s), football, and ice hockey (men’s). The UM football program ranks first in NCAA history in both total wins (860) and winning percentage (.747). The team has won a record 42 Big Ten championships, including five in the past decade, and the program has produced three Heisman Trophy winners: Tom Harmon, Desmond Howard and Charles Woodson. GO BLUE!
