1. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped out correctly but are no longer needed by customer. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay the returned postage and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

As to wrong item being sent, item can be returned for exchange or for full refund. We will be responsible for all the return postage. Please provide us pictures of the package including the barcode and package list and the item prior the return
In the unlikely case that item is faulty on the receipt, we will send out the required parts ASAP to fix the problem. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, item can be returned for replacement or for full refund within 14 days of receipt.

b) We accept Royal Mail Economy Delivery and Yodel Economy Delivery service only returning the item. Buyers must provide tracking number and receipt of the returned parcel for us.
c) All non-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% of restocking fee and buyers need to be responsible for the returned postage.
d) Goods must be returned in original condition with original packaging. If the returned item is damaged upon receiving, we have the right to give refund based on the damaged condition.
