'A Promise' Lord of the Rings Mines of Moria Decipher CCG.  Removed from the pack and placed in a soft sleeve.  No marks or flaws.  A useful card early game for facing weaker foes, this condition slightly powers up both Frodo AND Sam so long as neither is down to their last wound.  This can make a difference against some foes and it is nice that it powers up both characters.
