Box has never been opened; if the buyer would like me to open the box to make sure the item is intact, please message me. It would be no problem at all. All items are shipped in sturdy shipping boxes with item wrapped in bubble wrap or has craft paper in box to hopefully prevent any damage from shipping. Items are  shipped Monday through Saturday at noon. There is a three days shipping/handling time however I try my best to ship any item purchased next day if possible. Most items are shipped first class. If the item is over 1 pound it will be shipped priority mail
