This deed looks to be between James Hume and John & Joseph Hume.

 It is for the sale of 187 acers of land in the Chester area of Lunenburg County of Nova Scotia for 200 pounds. 

It is dated June 21 1847.  

It is a seven page document when folded to read. 

It is about 8.5" x 13.5" folded to read and is about 8.5" x 3.5" folded for storage. 

In good shape with the usual age wear, stains and small tears. 

The top of the last page is missing. 

  A rare piece of local history. 

 A great piece to add to your great collection.
