This item is an in package Figures Toy Company Legends of Professional Wrestling figure of former NWA WWF WWE AWA Wrestling Star Ricky The Dragon Steamboat.   He was produced in 2001 by Figures Toy Company and is the regular version.  Ox was considered Series 21.  He is in his original sealed bag.  The boxes are not sealed so the bag was removed from the box to be able to take pictures.  He is 6 inches tall.  Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
