Country of Baifra existed for 32 months, announcing its independence from Nigeria on May 30, 1967 and surrendering on January 15, 1970. Biafra was recognized by Gabon, Haïti, Côte d'Ivoire, Tanzania and Zambia. Other nations did not give official recognition, but provided assistance to Biafra. Israel, France, Portugal, Rhodesia, South Africa and the Vatican City provided support.

Crisp banknote, full original colors, sharp corners, no pinholes, no splits, no folds, no creases, no counting bends. Prefixes vary.
