Although our products are dip treated, we recommend an additional layer of external wood paint/preserver after the first season of use.

We also recommend that the product is located in a sheltered and secure area to increase its longevity and ensure maximum comfort for your pets

If youve changed your mind, you can return the item within 14 days, as long as its unused, still in its original packaging and unused and handled only as necessary to inspect. 

You can either send it back to us yourself or we can arrange a collection for you (£50 for mainland UK, for Northern Ireland and the Highlands please get in touch as prices vary depending on weight and size of the packages).

Please note, the cost of return postage is the customers responsibility.

Once weve received and inspected the returned product, well issue your refund. If the item is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may need to deduct an amount to cover the reduced value.

Returning Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a replacement or replacement parts within 14 days after delivery. Postage for returning damaged products is free.

• If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please take a photo before opening and keep the packaging safe in case a return is needed.
• Minor differences in wood grain or small marks are natural due to handling, but if these affect the products usability, we are happy to replace the damaged parts.
• If the required parts are unavailable, we can order them or offer a partial refund.

To report damage, simply email us with pictures of the damaged parts. We will cover the cost of return postage and send replacements on an express service. If the damage is severe, we will offer a full replacement product. If you prefer to repair the item yourself, we are happy to discuss a fair partial refund.

If you would rather return the entire product, please repackage it in its original packaging, and we will arrange for a courier to collect it at no additional cost to you
