Perfect for high-heat and no-bake applications, use this versatile emulsion to bring delicious flavor to cakes, cookies, and sweet breads as well as frostings, glazes, fondants, fillings, and cream centers. This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. To use, simply substitute 1 tsp. of emulsion for 1 tsp. of extract when baking, using a slightly less amount for no-bake items such as frosting or whipped cream. Due to its high water content, this emulsion is not suggested for flavoring chocolate or hard candy.
