FSA Bottom Bracket Adapter Reducer Cups -BB30, PF30, BB386 to 24mm

Ok, the way these work. You already have bb30 bearings or a pressfit pf30 bb installed. The adaptors then fit directly into the bearings and thus reducing the axle diameter to 24mm (Shimano Hollowtech II or FSA MegaExo etc). See photos where I include the FSA instructions which come with these adaptors.
