Bleeding can be done by one person in just a few minutes without technical aids and knowledge

Simply open the aerator screw 1/4 turn and then operate the handbrake or footbrake lever. 

The resulting pressure opens the ball valve and excess air can escape. 

As a rule, the braking system Is completely vented after only five pumps, and the bleeder screw can be completely closed again.
