The 1984 Cinema City production from director Annette Sham and producer Raymond Wong stars versatile actor Eric Tsang as a man entangled in a love triangle with his best friend's girl. He carries the romantic comedy in his talented hands opposite hunky star Ray Lui (The Bund) and Miss Hong Kong Rowena Lam. The film notably features production design by Hong Kong's top art director William Chang, and co-stars Meg Lam and Bill Tung, with Canto-pop superstar Alan Tam making a cameo appearance as himself.
Rocky (Eric Tsang) is a shy, sincere, and sentimental guy. His wife left him in despair on the first anniversary of their marriage. Fearing that Rocky may commit suicide, his buddy Charlie (Ray Lui) and his live-in girlfriend Mildred (Rowena Lam) try to play matchmakers for him. The arranged dates go badly, but Cupid has other plans. When Mildred's arms are wounded in a traffic accident while the career-minded Charlie is out of town on a business trip, Rocky is asked to take care of her. Love breeds in the ward, and Rocky finds his heart conflicted between friendship and romance.

Synopsis :
Rocky Chan, is a shy character who is always nervous and awkward. On his first wedding anniversary, Rocky returns home and finds that his wife has left him. His best friend Charlie, and his girlfriend Mildred decide to introduce ladies of all characters to Rocky, creating a series of comic situations. Mildred has an accident and has to stay in hospital but Charlie goes on a business trip leaving her to Rocky. Rocky takes very good care of her and they fall in love with each other. Upon Charlie's return, Charlie finds out that Mildred's new boyfriend is Rocky. Charlie then tries to kill Rocky but cuts himself instead. In the hospital, Rocky leaves when he sees Mildred taking care of Charlie. Is Mildred going to make up with Charlie or will she still choose Rocky?
