This headlight was removed from a 2004 TL model.  My understanding is that it fits 2004, 2005, and 2006 TL models only.  Please research to be sure.  Includes the light as shown, along with the ballast and HID bulb.

Tested fully functional.  The headlight is in good used condition.  The lens is quite clear, and there are no flaws I can see other than mild sand pitting on the polished plastic surface and a couple of paint (or other) stains on the surface in front of the amber field.  There are no cracks or stars in the surface, and the the reflectors are in good condition.  All mounting tabs and anchor points are firmly intact and not damaged or broken.  Part of the housing near and above the upper left extension is cracked.  See the photos.
