Bismuthum Metallicum has marked action in treating colitis, gastritis and vomiting. There is convulsive gagging and inexpressible pain in the stomach due to accumulation of solid portion of food. 
Vomiting of water in large quantity as soon as it reaches stomach, but solid food is retained for a long time until there is large accumulation, which is also vomited out later on in decomposed form. 


Dosage and rules while taking Willmar Schwabe Bismuthum Metallicum
  1. Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
  2. You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day
