Septum Sleeve:

Soft silicone that slides easily over the pump opening, sealing in air and creating the perfect comfort and vacuum environment. It includes a 1 inch insertable opening that will expand to most sizes.

Pumping 101:

You and the cylinder should be well lubricated before use. The pump is operated via pulling the handle, and a vacuum is created. The most frequent problem is impatience and pumping too hard and fast, causing stress. Too much vacuum can cause temporary bruising, water blisters, red pinpricks, etc. Proceed slowly, be patient, and increase the vacuum gradually over an extended period of time.
