Returns: Click “Return this item” from the More actions drop-down menu next to the transaction in My eBay and specify why you are returning the item. Returns will only be accepted for NEW, UNWORN/UNUSED items packaged in outer shipping box.
Please do NOT choose NOT AS DESCRIBED OR BROKEN. Ebay will immediately assign a “defect” to my account which counts against a seller. It cannot be undone and I can only fix the defect by fighting AGAINST your claim. Most customers are not aware of this automatic system so I include this information to hopefully avoid unnecessary complications or delays in your refund. If there is ANY problem please give me a chance to correct it. Contact me and I will get it resolved.
