Historical Notes:

Built in 1929, the Buccaneer was used as a hotel until 1962 when the Moody Foundation donated it to the Methodist Church. Since then, it's been a part of the Edgewater Methodist Retirement Community campus. In 1933 Martelli made her professional singing debut on Galveston's KLUF radio, which broadcast from the hotel.

Clarks and Courts 

CONDITION:  Normal letter folds, with some glue ghosting from the back.  In very fine condition and not used.  

The item is sold as is.  The "EBAY" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
