About nOir:

Leeora Catalan, creator of influential and visionary accessories design house nOir, started her career at Ralph Lauren and Oscar De La Renta before making a name for herself as a fashion stylist. A void in the market challenged Catalan to create specific pieces for a fashion show she was styling, and it was these first designs that were ordered onsite by a department store and pulled in by Italian Vogue to shoot. Right then, in 1995, nOir was born in her studio apartment she shared with her business partner, and now husband.

Throughout the years, Catalan has collaborated with fashion industry icons like DKNY, L.A.M.B, Patricia Field, Betsey Johnson, The Blonds, Diesel and Moschino to produce sought after baubles that are seen on the runways. Catalans high-end street influenced designs can be seen gracing the pages of Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Italian Vogue, and Numero. In the 15 years since its inception, nOir has grabbed the attention of style makers such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Madonna, Fergie, Beyonce, and Gwen Stefani, a testimony to Leeora Catalan's alluring designs.

Enjoying the challenge of working with new materials and directions, every season Catalan changes the collection to include a wider variety than the season before, but strives to keep the collection timeless. Exaggerating classics, injecting a sense of humor, and creating show-stopping pieces is the drive behind the nOir concept. Catalan sites New York City as her main muse, “NYC is the greatest place on earth for inspiration- from Little India in Queens, to Fulton mall, to the Flea markets, to Madison Avenue. I don’t need to travel anywhere, it’s all here.” In addition, nOir has most recently collaborated on exclusive projects with partners Walt Disney and DC comics.

SHIPPING and HANDLING Buyer pays the actual cost of mailing, which includes USPS charges. My mailing quote is directed at either coast from my zone in the midwest. Shipping may vary to Alaska and Hawaii depending on weight.

I ship almost every day, usually via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included. Priority mail with tracking is required on all international shipping.

PAYMENT I will send an invoice within 24 hours of auction end. If you are the winning bidder payment is expected within 3 days if there is not an immediate payment option on the listing. I reserve the right to cancel any bids on buyers with zero or negative feedback.
