We do not review nor  take any action based on comments left at checkout in eBay or PayPal. If you need to send us a message or note, please do so through eBay messaging so that we can let you know whether your request can be accommodated.

We accept payment through eBay Managed Payments. This means that you can make your purchase directly with a credit/debit card, Gift Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and also PayPal/PayPal Credit. This platform is now integrated and seamless. To ensure that you can check out, you may need to verify that you are browsing the United States eBay website.

We require Immediate payment on our listings. If a separate invoice is requested or totals are not provided by eBay, please send us a request for an invoice so that we can assist you. We will only ship to the verified payment  address listed on your order at the time of checkout. This is eBay policy for fraud prevention reasons. If you require shipping to a different address, please ensure that the correct information has been updated in your eBay and/or payment accounts prior to making your purchase.

We welcome quotes for multiple unit purchases of the same item. If you are interested in more than one unit, please message us so that we can provide you with a customized quote/offer through eBay.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states and ship to most places in the world from our Midwest location. Many of our items have extended handling days that are specified  in the delivery section of the listing. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations. We comply with applicable regulations such as the Department of Commerce and ITAR. If any restrictions apply to your purchase or your destination, your order may be canceled.

NOTE to International Customers: Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price or the shipping fee unless your order is through the eBay GSP (Global Shipping Program). We will NOT declare a lower purchase value on customs forms or mark your purchases as "gift".

You may return most new, unopened, items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay for the return shipping costs. We ask that you contact us if you require a return so that we can guide you through the process. Returns that are not seller fault may be subject to restocking fees. Package returns have an environmental impact due to return transit and we encourage our customers to ensure that they are confident in their purchasing decisions.

If your package is being returned to sender for an invalid address, failure to pick up, refusal, or similar reasons, it may take much longer than the original shipping timeframe for it to be returned to us. This is due to such returns being routed via a much slower service. We recommend that customers needing to make a return do not refuse parcels and instead accept delivery and contact us for return instructions. This will greatly speed up the returns process and  your eventual refund.

International Returns: If the return is for seller fault, we have no means with which to provide you a prepaid return label. Because of this, you will need to contact us for return authorization and provide us with a receipt to show the return postage. We will reimburse you for this cost via PayPal.
