All items are shipped as quickly as possible if there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you immediately to inform you. Please note, we do try to stock all items, but some are custom orders and may need to be ordered. If there will be a delay in dispatch you will be immediately informed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of payment clearing; all items dispatched to the UK are sent via a tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. Please be aware that dispatch times will vary but we will dispatch the item as soon as is physically possible.

We do shipping worldwide, all items are shipped via a tracked signed for delivery, International items are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Tracked an Signed for Service depending on size and weight; all items are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the importer.

2. Select return this item from the more actions drop down menu on the right.
3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the returns process or to contact the seller.

 RETURNS PROCESS

1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return (your choice of Collect+ or post office locations).

2.Print the provided return postage label. Any postage charges are paid using PayPal.

3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.

4. Send the item back to the seller.
