Please inspect items within 48hrs of delivery. We sell collectibles and do not warranty items for play or use.
If there is any damage please contact us promptly and include clear photos of the issue, images are required to proceed with a claim or replacement.
Defective/damaged items will be replaced with the same item when available. A refund will be issued only if a replacement is no longer in stock.
Return of any open items may be subject to a 35% restocking fee, as opened items can no longer be sold as new.
Returns due to incorrect address will be refunded minus our original shipping cost. Buyers may choose to pay for reshipment at their expense.
All standard returns must be sent back in their original shipping box with all original packing materials in the same manner it was received.
