Mint - Superior condition some slight imperfections.
NM/MT - Exceptional card flawless corners, 60/40.
NM - Beautiful card, no print lines, minor corner wear, great focus, 75/25.
EX/MT - Nice high grade card, corners minor to moderate wear, great overall appearance, 80/20.
EX+ - Nicest of all mid-grade cards, corners can have moderate wear, no creases, 85/15.
EX - Solid card, corners can have moderate wear, no rounding or creasing, 90/10.
Low Grading
VG/EX - Nicest of all low grade cards, could have a crease, but no major creasing, corner wear.
VG - Decent low grade card, can have major crease or multiple small creases, corners can be slightly rounded.
GOOD - Could have multiple creases, pen or pencil marks front or back, pin hole, card still intact.
FAIR - Card worn out, major creases, major back damage.
POOR - Lowest grade card, major creases, can have part of card missing, writing front/Back.
