We, at Buttons In The Bed, are
a small family run business. We take and edit all our own pictures.
This means we have used and made cuts with almost every design of die
& folder we sell. These dies and cuts that we photograph, you see
in our listings pictures. This hands-on approach has helped us source
our dies from reliable manufacturers, that make good quality dies at
great value. Please beware of other sellers that steal our pictures.
It’s likely they are selling a product that may look the same as we
sell, but was manufactured in a different factory. We have had more
than a few eBayers contact us regarding faulty dies, that they
thought they had bought from us, but they had actually bought from
sellers that have stolen our pictures.
We post your order on the same
day, if your order is with us before 2pm (this is more often closer
to 4pm), Monday to Friday. Furthermore, we post all our dies in
boarded envelopes (bubble envelopes or boxes on larger orders) to
give high levels of protection through the postal system.
For UK customers, as standard
we use Royal Mail second class post, which has a delivery aim of 2 to
4 working days. Although the vast majority of orders are delivered
within this time frame, this is not a guaranteed service, and we
would recommend that if you need your item/s in a time sensitive
capacity, please consider upgrading the postage service.
For International customers,
for standard shipping we use Royal Mail International Standard
service, this is an inexpensive and reliable service (but has no
tracking). This service has a delivery aim of 5 to 12 working days,
depending on where you are in the world. Although the vast majority
of orders are delivered within this time frame, this is not a
guaranteed service. Please allow 20 days for delivery in Europe, and
up to 28 days everywhere else.
