Description:

A 935 sterling silver thimble with a guilloche enamel band decorated with hand painted Roses, possibly made in Germany.

Has a gilt interior and a yellow glass top.

Weighs 5.7 grams.


Identifying Marks / Makers Marks: Marked inside the top "935" (silver) and "6" (the thimble size). It is also stamped "ZI" on the outside rim (this is a silver import stamp used by the Netherlands).

Age / date of manufacture:

Post 1950.

Size: Measures just 7/8" (2.25 cm) tall.

Condition: In excellent undamaged condition.
