BLADE：

The Blade Of The Sword Has Been Hand Forged Using The Ancient Method Of Sword Making . Full Hand Forged And Full Hand Polished.The Blade Was Made Of T-10 High Carbon Steel, Clay Tempered, Water Quenched And Polished.

The T-10 High Carbon Steel (The Steel Has A 0.1% Carbon Content And 0.4% Manganese.）Is Very Solid And Holds An Edge Well. This Blade Was Then Clay Tempered And Has More Than 14 Process Hand Sharpening Work. Which Made The Surface Of The Blade Like A Mirror.

This Blade Has Been Tried And Tested To Cut Everything That Gets In Its Way. The Sori (Blade Curvature) Is Specially Crafted To Create Leverage In Order To Perform The Smoothest And Cleanest Cuts. That In Combination With The Choice Of Traditional And Our Top Selling Koshirae (Fittings), Assures That You Will Get The Best Of Both Appearance And Functionality.

The blade has been Fully hand polished with more than 15 process hand sharpening work in the most traditional Japanese craftmanship way.It is strong enough for the bamboo cutting.

FITTINGS:

This Tsuka is hardwooden, wrapped with real ray skin, traditionally wrapped with synthetic leather ito.

The Fuchi and Kashira on the tsuka are made of iron with matching Menuki on each side as an ornament, two Mekugi (peg) are nailed to secure the Tasng of the sword. (Sword can be disassembled by picking up the two Mekusgi (peg)

This saya (sheath) of the sword is hardwooden, and lacquered superior paint to highly gloss the surface of it. The Sage-O is tied around the Kurikaka (knob) of the saya, the Koiguchi (scabbard mouth) and Kojiri (scabbard tip) has been hardened.
