• We Only accept payment from US issued PayPal accounts with a US confirmed address. No exceptions!
• US issued credit cards only, no exceptions! VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• All payments must be received within 7 days of auction close.

Shipping & Handling

• We do not ship Internationally!  We Ship to the USA only! we do not ship to apos, puerto rico or Canada!
• We only ship to the confirmed default address in your U.S. issued paypal account. no exceptions!
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• FedEx shipments are provided with a tracking number and may require a signature if shipment is over $250.00.
• We do not require a signature on shipments under $250.00 so items will be left at door by FedEx.
• USPS shipments are provided a delivery confirmation number, these are not tracking numbers.
• Once item is marked delivered by USPS we do not refund or reship items.

• We reserve to the right to upgrade the customers shipping, when necessary at our own expense.
• The method for our 'Free Shipping' option is determined by us on the day of shipment. We use either USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on who is currently providing us with the best rates and service.

Shipping Method - Shipping Timeframe

• Standard Shipping - 4-12 Business Days
• Expedited Shipping - 3-6 Business Days

Order Processing Times

• We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Standard Order Processing time: 1-3 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse.
• Estimated Order Transit time: 2-10 Business Days from shipment date.
• Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 15 days.

Grassroots-Computers will honor a return for exchange of defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We do not provide technical support for products, you will need to contact manufacturers directly to confirm the status of your item. If it is defective they will provide you with an RMA number directly or you can submit a return request with Grassroots Computers directly as well after diagnosis. If you would simply like to return the item because you purchased the wrong item there will be a 15% restocking fee. You are required to pay for return shipping.
