41pp, Published by Alexander Ireland in Manchester (1872) and presented at the annual meeting of the Association in October 1872. It starts with a 33 page report which details the progression (or otherwise) of Bills through the House of Commons in which the Association had an interest. It also shows a list of subscriptions and donations including the Rev. George Butler (husband of Josephine), others are anonymously noted as being from “A Friend”. The list of committee members shows that Josephine Butler and Emilie Venturi were both on the Executive Committee, Lydia Becker was Treasurer and Elizabeth Wolstenholme was Secretary.

No covers, a piece (approx. 110x75mm.) has been excised from the Constitution section at the foot of p.39/40, string bound and at some point removed from a larger volume.
