Fitting Instructions:

1. Boil 3 to 4 inches of water in a saucepan.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat and immerse the mouth guard in the water for 20-30 seconds (do not exceed 40 seconds).
3. Remove the mouth guard using a slotted spoon and rinse briefly under cool tap water for 1-2 seconds.
4. Before placing the mouth guard in your mouth, lick your lips to prepare.
5. Align the mouth guard with the center-line of your upper teeth and press firmly into place, starting with the molars and moving towards the front teeth.
6. Bring your lower jaw forward and into the base of the mouth guard, ensuring proper alignment with the lower channel.
7. Bite down firmly, suck in strongly, and press the edges of the mouth guard into your teeth and gums for 20 seconds.
8. Remove the mouth guard and cool under tap water for 30 seconds. Replace it in your mouth to test for a secure fit.
9. If necessary, repeat the fitting process for optimal fit.
