The maximum adjustable temperature of our product is 1100° C(2012 ℉). Thus, the melting furnace is perfectly designed for the melting of precious metals. This module allows the digital adjustment of the setpoint temperature to the degree accurately. The PID module monitors the actual temperature in the melting chamber at 2-second intervals so that it does not overheat or cool down. The temperature is kept constant around the melting point.

1.Do you have the list of melting points for
different metals

2.Does the electric melting furnace crucible need
to be glazed before use?
I always recommend slowly seasoning a crucible prior to your
first use that is heating The Crucible up starting at 400° Fahrenheit let it sit
for 10 minutes raise it to 800 degrees Fahrenheit let it sit for 10 minutes,
1200°F, then 1800, this helps season the crucible and it will last longer.
3.Is it possible to melt steel??
The Gold Melting Furnace description specifically says the maximum temperature
is 2000°F. Not Celsius. You would not be able to melt steel as it does not melt
until about 2750°F
4.How long can use it in its medium heat,
like 500c but 5 hours runing? Is this posible?
If the Melting Furnace is used at 500 ° for 5 hours, our machine can be allowed
to operate in this way, but the use time should not be extended too much. You
need to pay attention to maintenance after use, so the life of the product will
be much higher
5.Can we buy extra crucibles that we can use for
different metals?
Yes, we can provide graphite crucibles of 1kg, 2kg and 3kg
6.How long did it take to heat the unit and
crucible to your desired temperature?
These furnaces take approximately 10-15 min to reach the desire temperature.
